Bear Branch Tiny House

Bear Branch has a 32x32 in shower with instant hot water. Full size toilet, kitchen sink, microwave and k cup coffee maker. The lower twin size bed is perfect for a single travler or a cozy couple. If you need an aditional bed another twin mattress is a short climb away in the loft area. Outside the tiny house you can cook on propane and/ or a charcoal grill. Also have a stocked fire pit so you can enjoy a campfire. Firewood, bottled water, coffee and items to make smores are always provided!

We are conveniently located 6 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport and Western North Carolina Agriculture Center. We are centrally located to the top destinations for hiking, bicycling, fishing and other outdoor recreational activities in our area.

The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly.
