It has a small but well equipped kitchen ,small double bedroom with tv, Netflix and wi fi., and a small living area. Outside is a fully covered hot tub as well as a log burner and gas bbq

Newly furnished character cottage situated in the small hamlet of Woodhouses, just a few minutes drive from the historic cathedral city of Lichfield. The property has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living area with large corner sofa, smart TV, wifi and dining table. Separate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. 4 bedroom spacious house. The house is in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the town centre. 5 minutes walk to the canal. 10 minutes walk along the canal to Tesco and Macdonalds. There are beautiful walks along the canal. Walk into Rugeley centre get to the main island where Burger king is then walk into the field opposite continue walking will eventually get into birches valley Cannock chase. 10 minutes walk to the train. Three toilets in the house and two bathrooms.

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
