My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Serene, safe, & clean right on Perdido Bay and with the best sunset. Comfortable king comfy bed & private guest entrance . You'll have your own fridge, a small freezer, microwave, coffee & Keurig coffee maker, hammock, outdoor seating, lounge chairs, sofas, and pier/dock with shower, and small beach. Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.
