Welcome to our modern apartment with perfect sea view. Apartment consists of 3  bedrooms, 3 AIRCONDITION, 2 bathroom, living room with the kitchen and dining room with sofa bed. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

A lot of locations for walking and enjoying nature. House has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and small bed room with bunk bed. Kitchen combined with dining room and living room. Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

From the parking space, the house can be easily accessed for all types of guests. Villa Callista is fully furnished with personalized A/C and heating throughout the entire house

Our big appartment has two bedrooms with king size bed and two single beds, huge wardrobe adn storage place, big balcony with beautiful view at the sea, kitchen, bathroom, TV, WIFI. There is a free parking in front of the house. Beach is two minutes driving from the house. Split is 10 minutes driving from the house. There are a lot of restaurants, sports content and all other activities that you can imagine! Nature around the house is amazing and one of a kind.

Villa is located in a beautiful part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, 500 meters from the sandy beach. Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!
