We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer. Firepit, complimentary firewood, picnic area, firewood, water, WiFi and electricity. Additional firewood and homemade cinnamon rolls available.

Please note there is a 1/4 mile steep decent on an unpaved road to our house and a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended.

Note: this is a tiny house. It is 8' x 26'. It is very comfortable for up to two people (maybe three if the third is a very small child).
