Studio sized cottage in historic W Hendersonville with a firefly theme, one block to the Ecusta Trail. Separate but next to my house (no shared walls). Consists of a large bedroom & a bathroom with a tub/shower. Inside the bedroom is a "kitchenette" area with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven & keurig. There's also a love seat to relax and watch tv. The queen bed has a comfy medium firm mattress and nice cotton linens. Lovely private backyard w/ grill. See more info in photo captions.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. We have roughly 7 acres of beautiful North Carolina mountain and meadow land in which to roam and discover your unique place of solitude and reflection.
