Villa #1 is one of three villas on the complex, featuring a shared communal pool and outdoor lounge space. Inside, the bright and breezy living spaces are designed for calmness and relaxation. The open living and dining areas lead onto a patio with a view of the pool and the natural surroundings— ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The upper level master bedroom features a king bed and the adjacent bedroom features 2 single beds. Both bedrooms also feature a private balcony — perfect for sunrise views over the ocean. While the third bedroom which is located on the lower-level, features a queen bed and looks out to the lush garden and nature. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning for privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances. The bright, open living and dining areas lead naturally to a private patio, creating the perfect spot for relaxed alfresco dinners or evening drinks under the stars. Outdoor amenities such as a BBQ grill, terrace, sun-beds, and garden space allow you to fully enjoy the tropical setting. Little Chancery occupies a quiet spot at a breezy location near the ocean. You'll escape the tourist crowd here, although it's just a short trip by car or bus to shops, restaurants and nightlife. A 10 minute walk takes you to a small local supermarket. It's only six minutes from the house to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for morning walks. The water’s warm, the waves impressive and the trade winds will keep you cool. Swim here only if you are confident in the surf.
