River’s Edge “A”

Unwind at River’s Edge, nestled directly on Watauga River. This new unit is designed for comfort and tranquility, offering an open-concept layout with spacious kitchen and living area. Main level features a bedroom with a full bed, while the upstairs loft provides an additional twin sleeping space. Outside is your private covered deck to enjoy soothing sounds of the river. Easy access to local fishing spots, hiking and biking trails, Watauga Lake, and Roan Mountain State Park.

Country Cottage

Country Cottage gives you the chance to relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with great mountain views. We are also pet friendly, with plenty of yard to let them play while you enjoy the mountain scenery! The living room has a couch with a queen pull out bed, and the back room also has a pull out futon bed for more guests! The master bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a carport outside of the house that will hold up to 2 cars. We hope you enjoy! :)

Vacation Retreat

Located a few minutes away from Watauga Lake and the Appalachian Trail, this 600 sq ft abode is fully re-built inside and out. Amenities include WIFI, cable TV, DVD player, kitchenette, outdoor barbecue, camp fire area, hot tub on a covered deck and walking areas for pets, which we welcome to our place at no extra charge. This home is situated at the rear of our property in a rural area only 10 minutes from Elizabethton; a quiet and peaceful Vacation Retreat.
