The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

We do live upstairs but have been told that the sound doesn’t carry, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Access entrance with your own private door code. There are a few steps from the parking area to the ground level entrance. A backup power generator keeps the power on all the time. Our property is a tobacco, e-cigarettes and alcohol-free location. Pets are not permitted.
