Our property, 2 independent cottages are located in Agios Markos, a small old village in the northeastern part of Corfu island. It is known for its traditional Greek charm, offering visitors a peaceful , rural atmosphere and stunning views 17 km from Corfu International Airport and the city center. The village is close to lively coastal areas: Ipsos (2.3 km away), known for its nightlife, restaurants, and bars, and Barbati (5 km away), famous for its crystal-clear waters and relaxing beach vibe.

The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached house which includes a living room with fire place and mini bar,a kitchen full equipped,a bathroom and a big bedroom with a jacuzzi inside.Ideal for couples!!!!!! Villa Xenonerantzia, is located 10 km from Corfu town and the airport, 3 km away from Gouvia village, in central Corfu. It is on a hill, with a marvelous view of the sea and the old town. The area is quiet and its location in the center of the island is ideal for a quick access to both east and west beaches. In 5 minutes distance there are super-markets, various shops, restaurants and the marina of Gouvia. The house is 260sqm, with spacious rooms, fully equipped. It has a magical vibe!

The apartment is located about 15 minutes away from Corfu Town, 1,5km away from Marina Gouvia and not so far away to some of the finest beaches in Corfu. It is a second-floor apartment, which includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, one bathroom and a large and comfortable veranda that combines the view of the mountains, the sea and the city of Corfu.
