This is a Triplex - 3 seperate apartments, centrally located in Clearwater, FL near US Hwy 19 and Gulf to Bay Blvd (FL60). Clearwater Beach is a straight drive West (about 4 miles, or 15 minutes). This is a large 1 bedroom apartment that is perfect for two, but can also sleep four with the sleeper sofa. There is covered parking, large backyard, screened in patio, where smoking is allowed. There is a full size kitchen, quality queen-size bed, and a fully stocked laundry room at no charge.

This is a cozy converted workshop with all the amenities of a traditional home! You'll have a comfy bed that sleeps 2 with an air mattress upon request, TV with streaming options, fun decorations, WiFi, air conditioning, W/D, closet space, cooking stuff, & bathroom. If you love tiny homes, you'll love this. Because of it being a converted workshop, it still has that feeling in some regard. It's a little rustic, but still charming. It's not a hotel, nor does it try to be. Pets are welcome.
