Όμορφη μονοκατοικία σε κτήμα με μεγάλο κήπο και οποροφόρα δέντρα, δίπλα στο ποτάμι. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, άνετο μπάνιο(και 2ο εξωτερικό) και σαλόνι-κουζίνα. Διαθέτει σύγχρονες οικιακές συσκευές (ψυγείο, κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα). Για το χειμώνα, υπάρχει λειτουργικό τζάκι. Πολύ κοντά σε καφετέρια φούρνο ψησταριά μίνι μαρκετ .Ιδανικό για κυνηγούς, φίλους των σπορ στο ποτάμι, αλλά και για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές, καθώς η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 20 χλμ. από την κατοικία.

Downstairs, there is a living room, a kitchen and a dinning room for 5 persons. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a reading room. It is an ideal selection either you need to relax, either you need to be a part of the - full of energy - life in Corfu!

The forest house

The narrow pathway leads on. It divides, widens and continues on to an impressive A-frame at the edge of the estate. Everything is more spacious. The loft bedroom, the kitchen, the shower bathroom and the living room area. The wood burning stove is the “icing on the cake” for a winter stay. The outdoor setting in the remote woods will enchant you! Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
