Our whole house water filter system provides glorious chlorine free water for drinking & showering. It's quiet here. A great place to relax. The beautiful studio apartment, located in the daylight basement of our home, welcomes you after a day of exploring. Nearby attractions include: white water rafting,hiking, and all the wonderful restaurants, breweries and shops of downtown Asheville.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

You'll have a private entrance to the lower level of this north Asheville home. 2.9 miles to downtown, 0.4 miles to beautiful Beaver Lake, 1 mile to Grove Park Inn. Several excellent restaurants within 1 mile. You’ll have privacy and quiet, & off street parking.

The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.
