Home is on a main channel of the lake and has water views all year long (TVA begins lowering lake in Sept). Close to Johnson City, 20 minutes Bristol Speedway, 40 minutes to Roan Mountain and the AT! It is 1 and 1/2 hours to the Smokies for a day trip or to Asheville NC. DOG friendly upon approval/ pet fee MUST be paid

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

This adorable 3 br/2 bath cabin is the definition of serenity, but is only minutes from Johnson City, Bristol Motor Speedway, Rhythm and Roots festival, Blue Plum Festival, Fun Fest and the rest of the Tri Cities. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed , a full bath, kitchen/dining and living room on the main level, master br is upstairs . NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

Beautifully renovated condo with direct lake access and large dock. Conveniently located in North Johnson City, you are only minutes to the center of town and also I-26. This condo offers free parking directly in front of the condo. With two bedrooms, each with it's own en-suite bath it is perfect for travel medical staff to share or friends and family! Covered Bridge River Cottage

This River Cottage is about 15 minutes from the Bristol Motor Speedway. It will sleep up to 6 individuals. There is access to hiking, fishing (out you back door), antique shopping within minutes. The downtown of Elizabethton is a 5 minute walk. The Covered Bridge is the structure shown. For those who have no prior reviews on Airbnb, we may require the completion of our standard rental questionnaire, especially for longer stays.
