Galeri Dato Onn is located about 8 minutes drive from the guest house. A respectable figure during his time, Dato Onn Jaafar is remembered by locals for his contribution to the nation’s independence, as well as his role in the formation of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) and Rural Industrial Development Authority (RIDA). Johoreans highly regard Onn Jaafar as a local hero and a nationalist. He was also a former Menteri Besar of Johor. You’ll see various exhibits, such as his personal items, photographs, and artefacts while touring the gallery.
