If you are visiting Northumberland en route to the Borders or on a day trip, then Corbridge is a great stopover. The town is defined by lots of interesting independent shops, so you may want to have more than a brief stop. RE is situated directly behind a petrol station and next door to the Angel hotel and restaurant.
