By far the best hand-made ice cream in town. Cramer's offers a great atmosphere. You can sit outside on Windhoek's main street Independence Avenue enjoying a cappuccino and a waffle with ice cream! Do it! Enjoy beautiful evenings outside and they also have live music on Saturday or Sunday nights and the occasional salsa night. Best of all they are open until 10:00 pm Thursday through Sunday if you're looking for that pre-club espresso shot ;)
