We discovered this place by accident almost 20 years ago. It is one of the hidden gems of the Gatlinburg strip. There are two locations, so make sure to visit the one in Elks Plaza and ask to sit outside. You won't be disappointed. The garlic knots and the pizza are absolutely phenomenal.

If you want to know what Italian food is it's all about at Best Italian, just look to their name. They keep their title by sticking to the classics: golden garlic knots, traditional pizzas, creamy pastas, and their homemade strawberry cheesecake.
