The Lock Inn is a great place on the Canal with indoor & outdoor seating & even a boat that you can eat & drink on. Great breakfasts & lovely hosts - Dick & Jane You can also rent canoes & bikes.

Good place to take the family for full English breakfast followed by walk along the tow-path. Can hire boats and bikes.

Canoe Hire Pack your ginger beer and marmite sandwiches and set off on a truly "Boys Own" adventure. Our canoes are very safe and easy to use. Canoes can be paddles solo, or can accommodate Mum, Dad and two children.

Best for hungry mornings - the Boater's Breakfast is enormous and will defy all but the heartiest appetites! Perfect location on the canal by a stone bridge and a very tall lock. If you are lucky you may get a table on their docked canal boat - great fun!
