A fun informative stop for anyone curious about the conservation of the Margaree river (or if you just want to see a lot of fish!) I loved running around here as a kid.

And long before golf became the "it" sport, the Margaree River drew Atlantic Salmon fisherman from around the world. (and still does) See also the Salmon Museum.

Margaree Fish Hatchery. Stop in on your way by for a self guided tour and check out the hundreds of fish playing in their pools, visit the interpretive center or follow the trail to the left down to the river. Kids love it!
