Lovely views at the top of Mt. Race (on the Appalachian Trail), beauty at Racebrook Falls, and picnicking at Guilder Pond. This forest has tons of trails for all levels of ability

A few great hiking trails and a Appalachian Trail intersection with a great view at the top. Rough, gravel road up to the upper parking area.

Easy way to access Mount Everett summit without all the heavy duty hiking. Drive to parking lot and walk from there Lovely in late June Mountain Laurel in full bloom
