Hawksmoor steak restaurant, highly recommended as one of the best places to eat out in the UK with delicious roast beef and burgers. Visit and love british beef. (Not suitable for vegetarians).

Incredible steakhouse, possibly the best in London. It can be difficult to get a table in the main restaurant so book in advance or you could alternatively eat in the more casual bar area

Hawksmoor singlehandedly raised the standard of steak restaurants in London when it opened in Spitalfields in 2006. The new Knightsbridge outlet has similarly top-notch meat, along with fried oysters and a lobster roll with sriracha mayonnaise and yuzu. The attention to detail in the menu and the design means Hawksmoor is still a winner, although it can still be expensive.
