In this old monastery the Trappist Abbey of Our Lady of Koningshoeven you can contemplate but also visit the shop of the monks in which they sell the products they produce. Among other things they make cheese. But above all you have to taste their unique Trappist beer of their brewery. There is also a tasting guesthouse. If you can't get enough of it, they also offer you the possibilty to become a monk. It will take some time and dedication.

Een van de twaalf trapistenbrouwerijen ter wereld. Deze abdij is met een tour te bezoeken. Achter de muren van deze abdij vind je een parkachtige omgeving met een kloosterwinkel, een Mariakapel en een prachtig terras. Je kunt hier trouwens ook alleen op het terras gaan zitten met een glas bier en een bitterbal zonder de rest te bezoeken. Een erg leuke plek om te borrelen in een natuurlijke omgeving.
