A lovely beach, a bit more of a drive from Higher Barn, but a great surfing beach.

Bantham is the largest and closest beach, great for surfing, body boarding, kiting or just sitting and watching everyone else! Paid parking available. Gastro Bus is a quirky converted van providing cakes, burgers, hot dogs, tea, coffee and cold drinks. Wc block on site too. Dogs allowed Oct to May.

One of the most beautiful beaches you'll find. The road to get there is a little narrow and tricky to navigate in busy periods. Time your visit with a low tide on a beautiful evening when the crowds have gone home and it'll be nothing short of perfect. Enjoy!

Another gorgeous Sandy beach just across the border in Devon. If you visit make sure you put the jam on top of your clotted cream if you have a cream tea or you risk upsetting the locals! Distance from Honicombe 34 miles

Bantham is undoubtedly the home of surfing in South Devon but is also a fabulous beach to walk and swim.
