A street just beside Strøget, the walking street. This is smaller, with antique shops and Danish design shops and much more interesting than Strøget in my eyes.

Cosy pedestrian street with lots of good, affordable cafés. We recommend the cheap brunch at Stella.

Strædet, includes Farverstræde, Kompagnistræde and Læderstræde, is a long narrow pedestrian street that runs parallel to Strøget, the more crowded and turist shopping street. The street is especially known for its design shops and cozy outdoor cafes.

Læderstræde and Kompagnistræde run paralell to the main shopping street "Strøget" - go here if you want to find the less mainstream, smaller shops. Nice cafés and restaurants as well.
