We adore shabu and this place rivals any we have tried in big cities. It is expensive for hot pot but they have higher quality cuts of meat. It’s located in Rancho Mirage so plan at least a 30 minute drive.

For traditional Japanese Shabu Shabu with excellent service and a fun dining experience..try this place! Can't go wrong here. $$$

One of the best Shabu experiences you will have anywhere outside of Japan! Incredible sake selection. Go for the fried chicken, sake tasting, and Japanese Wagyu (A5). Ask them to show you the certificate that tells you where your cow came from. Very authentic.
