Another nice park, but under construction at the moment. Should be ready in 2013. Also known as Lenin's park (!).

On windy sunny days this park is good for hanging out because it's under the hill which blocks the wind. There is also live music concerts in summer weekends. Plus a fountain and benches.

A nice park where you can meet local people ezpecially in summer when there's a lot of activities.
