a wonderful place to visit, lots of symbols of wealth...pat the arapaima fishes in da man make pools for good luck. Enjoy nice seafood and local specialties at da fishing village.

There are few activities can be carried out along the road to Minyak Beku whereby there are steamboat, hiking place, seaside, seafood, picnic, temples and lastly is the well known lovely bridge and fishing village with legend fish in BP.

Pantai Minyak Beku is located about 15 minutes drive from the guest house. According to the history, back in time, Siamese soldiers arrived on the beach and looked for water by digging a well. However, instead of water, they found thick oil – hence the name of the beach. Look for the historical plaque that is placed by the Tourism Ministry for more information about the origin of the well and its link to the town’s name. Picnicking, fishing and enjoying the sunset or sunrise are some of the activities you can enjoy at Pantai Minyak Beku.
