Near Borderi, in the Ortigia market, it's a place where yoiu can eat sandwiches very good and specially plates with meats and cheeses and sauces very good! The tables are outside. To try !!!

Fratelli Burgio is a great deli for the best of cheese, olives, salami etc. Also a great place to have a coffee after shopping in the market.
