Every course was excellent and plated beautifully, with real attention to detail in every dish. Christian had to work in a very confined kitchen with limited facilities, and still managed to deliver an incredible dining experience. On top of that, he carried everything up over 100 stairs without complaint and stayed friendly, calm, and professional the whole time. The kitchen was left spotless at the end of the evening. The addition of a waiter really elevated the evening, making it feel seamless and special. It turned what could have been a challenging set up into a truly memorable night for everyone. Highly recommended and loved being able to experience this as an Airbnb team.
