The house was perfect for what we needed. It is in an adorable neighborhood and right across the street from the water. Recommend!

Guy, the host, was very welcoming and responded quickly to questions and requests. The location is as described, a quiet neighborhood nestled right next to a short strip of beach. Unfortunately, the house itself under performed. It was dirty ( food on the floor), dusty, and had unpainted sections here and there. No curtains on the windows let in the bright lights from the street during the night. Not even basic provisions in the kitchen. I expected more for this price point.

Perfect place for a last minute stay for a business trip during the height of tourist season. the place has views of the water and it’s easy to get to. Guy was a super host and very responsive.
