Valerie was an extremely generous host who went out of her way to make us feel at home. The Stable was immaculately presented, spacious and very comfortable. We could not have asked for more! Set in a peaceful location, yet close to Kilkenny, it is a great base for exploring the local area. We highly recommend staying at The Stable. Outstanding in every way! Thank you Valerie!

“The Stable” was a beautiful place to stay. Was clean, had everything you would need and Valarie was so accommodating. It’s very central to the city, everything within a 5-10 minute drive. Yet the house itself was so quiet and peaceful. Valarie kindly gifted our 2 year old daughter a present for her birthday and left us a welcome pack of essentials. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back

Valerie and Sir John’s place is even better than described. They are wonderful hosts and the location makes it easy to get around to surrounding areas. Highly recommend this 5 Star accommodation.
