A nice, clean and quiet place to stay! It was in the neighbourhood of our friends we were visiting so it was perfect! Comfortable bed and a comfortable space. Thank you!

Jen’s place is great for a weekend trip and for 2 people max. It was not what I was expecting from the pictures on the listing. Jen provided a lot of extra bedding, bathroom necessities, and kitchen necessities. However upon arrival I’ve noticed there were lots of marks on the walls (like what has been already said in the other reviews), there have been multiple dog markings throughout the carpet in the office space area that made me feel uneasy, the dishwasher and laundry machines smelled weird, bath mats in the bathroom weren’t cleaned, there is no closet room, and no dish sponge to clean dishes by hand. Jens response time is very quick and I’m sure if there were any other concerns that were brought up she would resolve, however it felt like I was living in a frat house. Disappointed for the price I paid. It works for younger adults just going into broadway for a couple days. The location of the area made me feel unsafe as well, especially with a broken entrance gate.
