I’m Rodney, a coach, athlete, and father who founded LIVEFREELIVEWELL to help people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy wellness everyday. I combine strength training, functional fitness, and injury prevention with a holistic approach, creating empowering experiences that build mobility, confidence, and long-term health—all while valuing family, connection, and helping others make time for what matters most to them.
